Shenghua cross-linked home decoration cables use high-quality materials from conductors to insulation and sheaths, and pass a strict material testing system to ensure stable performance
Conductor material: High-purity oxygen-free copper is selected as the core of the conductor and is made through multiple drawing and twisting processes. The purity of oxygen-free copper is over 99.9%. It not only has excellent electrical conductivity, reducing energy consumption and heat generation during current transmission, but also has outstanding corrosion resistance, avoiding oxidation and core breakage problems during long-term use and extending the service life of cables.
Insulating material: pvc and XLPE insulating sheaths offer more stable insulation performance, with significantly enhanced anti-aging and wear resistance properties.
Stable voltage carrying capacity, suitable for diverse scenarios: Long-term operation temperature resistance can reach up to 90°C. Meanwhile, the product has excellent low-temperature tolerance. The conventional model can be laid in an environment with a temperature not lower than -10℃, while the specially optimized model can meet the low-temperature installation requirements of -20℃, solving the problems of cable hardening and easy breakage during winter decoration and construction.
Core product features, upgraded safety experience: Offer upgraded models with functions such as ZR (flame-retardant) and NH (fire-resistant). Flame-retardant cables can effectively prevent the spread of fire when exposed to it and quickly self-extinguish after being removed from the open flame. Fire-resistant cables can still maintain normal power supply for a certain period of time in a burning environment, buying time for personnel evacuation and power failure of important equipment. They are particularly suitable for areas prone to fire hazards such as kitchens and bathrooms.
