The xlpe insulation cable is a high-performance power cable featuring a copper conductor core insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) and protected by a polyethylene (PE) sheath. 

This robust structure ensures exceptional electrical performance for stable power transmission with minimized line loss. Designed for medium to high voltage applications, typically ranging up to 35kV , xlpe insulation cable  excels in demanding environments due to its superior thermal-mechanical properties; the conductor operates reliably at temperatures up to 90°C and withstands short-circuit temperatures reaching 250°C . 

Key features include its inherent halogen-free and low-smoke characteristics , significantly enhancing safety by reducing toxic emissions and smoke density during combustion. Furthermore, the cable can be customized to meet stringent flame-retardant (FR) or fire-resistant (NH) standards , making it ideal for critical infrastructure like power grids, substations, industrial plants (mines, ports), and high-occupancy public buildings (hospitals, airports, shopping malls) . 

Its primary function is efficient and safe power distribution and transmission, often installed via fixed laying methods . Manufactured to comply with relevant international standards (e.g., EN 50575 for CPR where applicable .
