It has the capabilities of being resistant to plugging and unplugging, bending, preventing leakage of electricity, preventing overloading, and resisting interference, ensuring the stability and safety of the charging process throughout.

The charging cable has extremely high requirements for materials. The core raw materials include:
Conductor: High-purity oxygen-free copper, with high conductivity, low heat generation, and strong transmission efficiency;
Insulation layer: Special elastic materials such as TPE, XLPE, EPR, etc., resistant to high temperatures, low temperatures, and aging;
Sheath layer: Environmentally friendly flame-retardant PVC, chloroprene rubber, polyurethane, etc., resistant to wear, oil stains, ultraviolet rays, and strong weather resistance;
Shield layer: Copper mesh / aluminum foil, reducing electromagnetic interference and ensuring signal stability;
Some high-end products also add flame retardants, cold-resistant agents, and reinforcing fibers to enhance adaptability to extreme environments.
